We use your application documents for the purpose of deciding whether to establish an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 26 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) on the basis of the consent voluntarily given by you. Your documents are not given to anyone else, nor sent to any other countries. All of the personal data collected in connection with your application will be stored for a period of six months after completion of the application process, taking into account the objection periods of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), and deleted thereafter, unless they have to be kept to document other processes (e.g. subsequent recruitment). The legal basis for storage is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) 1 f) GDPR in providing evidence in the event of objections under AGG, and the need to document other processes.
If we turn down your application, but wish to keep your application documents on file for a longer period of up to one year in order to consider you for future job openings, we will contact you in advance and ask for your consent. Data will then only be stored with your prior express consent by email or post in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 a) GDPR.
